Changed Lives PDF Print E-mail
"I never thought I would be homeless. That was about the last thing I would have imagined. We had nothing, no food, money, clothes, or even a place to lay our head – nothing.

"Upon entering IHN they explained how different churches in the community would take turns housing us and provide for us until we could get back on our feet. So around late afternoon this large van took us (the other homeless families as well) to a beautiful white church on a hill. They were happy to see us and they cared for us there. They really loved on us and made us feel worthy.

"Talk about a changed life! I am employed now as a church secretary and I have been blessed beyond measure." Brenda, Guest

Brenda's story is not unusual for guests of the Interfaith Hospitality Network of Greater Fort Wayne. IHN meets families at a time of personal crisis and helps them begin the journey back to self-sufficiency.

Please take a few moments to view an overview of the IHN program by Executive Director, Roger Reece, featuring testimonials from several families whose lives have been changed by coming to IHN.
